Ze Adelar and me went to São Francisco do Sul (SC) to surf this saturday. I did not know São Francisco, it was my first time there. São Francisco is really really cool!
The waves have volume and pression; they were at about 75cm to 1m, good formation, light winds. It was very good. My new surfboard is great and I’m having a big smile!

Two dreams for the night. I dreamed of an old green convertible car and friend. In the other dream I was just wandering around some streets.
I tried WILD (Wake Initiated Lucid Dream) but could not pass the Transition phase. But it was really cool. The sensations in a WILD try are very, very cool.

Tonight I had a dream about two guys trying to steal a motorcycle that I was driving. A very frightening dream.
A had a couple of dreams but just could write some notes in the dream above.
A also tried WILD but could not focus properly. Just got until the paralyses stage.

Four Dreams for the night. None of them were lucids. Yesterday I was very tired probably because of the time I stayed awake in the previous night trying the WILD technique. I really needed this rest. 🙂
I beat the january lucid dreams number! I had 2 lucids today. One was quick but the second one was a very long one; both were super-dupper vivid.
I tried the WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream) and it worked very well. The only problem was that I took to much time to come back to sleep. WILD is a crazy technique, very crazy. The stages are very interesting. It’s a pleasure to start to know a little bit more of my mind/body inter relation.
